P. Klein

When Peter Klein learned the carpentry trade, he never imagined that one day he would become a pipe maker. The inspiration came to him in Denmark, his favourite holiday destination. After practising for several years alongside his pipe-making friends, in 1988 he began producing his own pipes in his hometown of Cologne. His love for Denmark is reflected in his creations: the shapes are inspired by "Danish classicism" but leave plenty of room for interpretation. Precision and meticulousness have become the hallmarks of Klein pipes.
