Replacements, Returns and Refunds

We hope you are satisfied with your purchases on our website, but if you wish to exchange or return an item and receive a refund, you can do so free of charge. With us, you will truly be satisfied or refunded in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/05).

For both refunds and exchanges, it is essential to contact us before returning the goods and wait for our authorisation. We cannot accept returns without our prior authorisation.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the procedures listed below.

Return procedure for goods returned from Italy:

  1. Write to us by clicking here or call us within 10 working days of the delivery date and specify
    • the products purchased
    • the relevant order number
    • your intention to return the goods and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item
    • the reason for the return: incorrect order, defective goods, etc. This is optional but helps us understand how to improve our products or services and provide you with even better service.
  2. Our Customer Service team will send you an email authorising the return.
  3. Write the address to which the goods are to be returned in two copies. Place the product in its original packaging (including tags, labels, instruction sheets, etc.) in a box or postal envelope (even the one in which the goods were sent to you). Ensure that the packaging is properly sealed. Affix the label to the box or envelope. Keep another label ready for the courier to use as a receipt.
  4. Return the goods at your own expense by courier or registered post with acknowledgement of receipt. Packages returned without a return receipt will not be accepted.

Refund procedure for goods returned from Italy

  1. After receiving and verifying your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
  2. At this point, you have two options for your refund:
  3. a) We can issue you with a gift voucher to use on this website for future purchases equal to the value of the returned goods (excluding shipping costs). The voucher has no expiry date. Or
  4. b) We will refund the price of the items sent by bank transfer.
  5. If you choose the voucher option, the voucher will be sent to you within 3 working days of receipt of the return. If you choose the bank transfer option, the refund will be made a few days after confirmation of your return, but no later than 30 days after receipt of our confirmation email.
  6. You will be refunded the price paid for the returned products (excluding any shipping costs and product damage).
  7. If you have requested a replacement due to non-conformity or damage, we will send it to you at no additional cost via SDA courier. If the requested product is out of stock at the time of verification of the return, we will inform you and ask if you prefer to wait for the new restocking, a refund of the price paid, a gift voucher or a replacement with a similar item.
  8. Goods in the outlet and used categories are excluded from any refunds and complaints.

Return procedure for goods returned from abroad

Even if you ordered an item to an address outside Italy, you can still return it and exchange it or receive a refund. In this case, the procedure is similar to the one above, but the return shipment will be made by the customer, as we cannot arrange for a courier to collect the item from your home abroad. If you wish to make a return from an address outside Italy:

1) Contact us by e-mail by clicking here or call us (Italy) within 10 working days of the delivery date and specify:

  • the products purchased
  • the relevant order number
  • your intention to return the goods and whether you would like a refund or a replacement
  • the reason for the return: incorrect order, defective goods, etc. This is optional but helps us understand how to improve our products or services and provide you with even better service.

2) Our Customer Service team will send you an email authorising the return and a label to attach to the parcel.

  1. Write the address to which the goods should be returned. Place the product in its original packaging (including tags, labels, instruction sheets, etc.) in a box or postal envelope (even the one in which the goods were sent to you). Ensure that the packaging is properly sealed. Affix the label to the box or envelope.
  2. Return the goods by registered post with return receipt (registered mail/recorded delivery or an equivalent service that requires a signature upon receipt) and keep the receipt.

Refund procedure for goods returned from abroad

  1. After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
  2. At this point, you have two options for your refund: a) We can issue you with a gift voucher to use on this website for future purchases, equal to the value of the returned goods (excluding shipping costs), plus 10% + £5 partial refund of the shipping costs (if you returned the goods by registered post with receipt). The voucher has no expiry date. Or b) We will refund the price of the items sent + £5 refund of the shipping cost ( if you have returned the items by registered post with receipt) by bank transfer.
  3. If you choose the voucher option, the voucher will be sent to you within 3 working days of receipt of the return. If you choose a bank transfer, the refund will be made a few days after confirmation of your return, but no later than 30 days after receipt of our confirmation email.
  4. If you have requested a replacement with the same item but in a different size, we will send it to you at no additional cost via SDA courier. If the requested size is out of stock at the time of verification of the return, we will inform you and ask if you prefer a refund of the price paid, a gift voucher or a replacement with a similar item.

    Please note!

    Please take special care when handling the items you have purchased. We can refund or replace new (unused) items that have been handled with special care and do not show any signs of damage, such as:

    • missing or altered packaging and original wrapping
    • removal of attached tags
    • modifications or interventions of any kind to the item
    • alterations

    For products packaged in boxes (e.g. accessories, miscellaneous items), please take care when opening the packaging so as not to damage it.
