To ensure your orders are delivered quickly and to offer you a fast and secure delivery service, we use only the express courier services provided by DHL. Deliveries are normally made within 24–48 hours of the order being processed throughout Italy (72 hours for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, and smaller towns). An additional surcharge will apply to the smaller islands and the Venice Lagoon, in accordance with the courier’s rates.
For each delivery order, the Customer is required to provide at least one telephone number to enable the courier to contact them in the event of delivery difficulties. If delivery is unsuccessful for reasons not attributable to our company or the courier, after two consecutive attempts, storage or redelivery charges as determined by the courier will be applied, or the product may be collected from the courier’s sorting centre.
The delivery charge is €10 for orders under €70. For orders over €70, delivery is free. For international deliveries, the cost starts from €18.
In some cases, where necessary, we also ship via SDA courier.

Track and check your shipment
Following your payment or your order confirmation for cash on delivery, we will issue the shipping document with DHL courier. The reference number for your parcel will therefore be sent to you directly by DHL courier and will be specified in your order account.
With this number, you can check your shipment and its delivery times on the DHL courier website from the following day onwards. If you have any problems, you can contact the courier directly. You will find all the information and contact details for your area on the DHL courier website
For orders placed in the morning and up until 12 noon, shipment is generally made on the same day. For orders placed after 12 noon and in the afternoon, shipment is made the following day. Orders placed on Friday are always shipped the following Monday so that the parcel is not left in the courier's warehouse over the weekend.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, shipment is made upon receipt of the transfer.
Please note that the courier does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
During public holidays, shipments will be made on the next working day. Should any issues arise that are beyond our control, our Customer Service team will contact you to inform you of any delays.
