Comoy's Rodate

Comoy's is a pipe manufacturer founded in France in 1825, producing pipes made from materials other than briar. In 1879, Henri, the son of the founder, moved to London and began producing briar pipes, coining the name "London Made". For four generations, Comoy's was run by Henri Comoy's descendants until 1980. During those years, they produced pipes that were highly appreciated by smokers all over the world, particularly in the United States. Comoy's pipes were of excellent quality but not inexpensive, apart from a few secondary series. The most successful series were Grand Slam, Tradition, London Pride, Blue Riband and Straight Grain, to name but a few. These series used only the highest quality briar.
