Stanwell Trio sandblasted black pipe, classic curved 83 billiard model with a black methacrylate mouthpiece. Trio Sandblasted finish. The pipe is very elegant and refined, with a classic silhouette typical of Stanwell. It features a beautiful, traditionally cut grain that is fairly dense across the bowl, enhanced by the fine sandblasting. The pipe is of medium size and stands out for its more than adequate bowl capacity and excellent smokeability in any situation. Its lightness makes it ideal for any smoking session, whether out for a walk or comfortably seated in an armchair. An ideal pipe for the warmer months as it warms the hand less. Excellent for walking, given its reduced tendency to show streaks and marks. Stanwell’s Trio series is characterised by a triple band, which lends the pipe a touch of class. The pipes are machine-rough-cut but hand-finished and always feature a beautiful, consistent grain. Sometimes the flamed finish is not just beautiful but truly fabulous. It is available in both sandblasted black and smooth, glossy light brown, complemented by the characteristic Scandinavian design. This particular approach of adapting classic models with the aesthetic philosophies typical of Danish Design is the reason Danish pipes have become famous.
The pipe for sale is exactly as shown in the photos. Once sold, as it is handmade and therefore unique, the pipe will be removed from the website. The actual colour of the pipe may vary slightly from the photo, as every monitor displays colours differently. The dimensions have been measured accurately but may vary by a millimetre, either way.
