A smooth brown Savinelli Autograph pipe with a black methacrylate mouthpiece, in the original Dublin Chimney style. Autograph Gr. 6 rating. The pipe is NOT designed to be smoked with a 6 mm balsa filter. The pipe makes a striking visual impression thanks to its height and harmonious proportions. It is very elegant and refined, a Savinelli classic that remains highly prized. It is large in size and features a more than generous bowl, ensuring excellent smokeability in any situation, whether out for a walk or comfortably seated in an armchair. The pipe has extraordinary grain, dense and fine throughout the bowl. The tall bowl ensures consistently dry and fresh smoke, and the fine-grained rim is a true gem. It is a stunning piece, perfect in size and grain. Its lightness is surprising but is a guarantee of seasoned, dry briar. The Autograph series are among the most prestigious Savinelli pipes and highly sought after by passionate smokers. They are made exclusively from extra-extra briar that has been aged for a long time and are crafted entirely by hand. They are crafted by an expert Savinelli artisan, who defines the design according to his own inspiration, and each pipe is a unique piece. Production is limited and irregular. The pipe is second-hand, has been smoked very well, mainly with natural tobaccos or English mixtures. Condition 9 out of 10. The pipe comes without its original pouch or box.
The second-hand pipes we deal in are only from the finest and most prestigious brands and are rigorously selected by me from private collections. The pipes in question must have been well cared for and smoked; generally, they have been smoked very little and are sanitised before being put up for sale. In fact, once selected, they are disinfected and the interior sterilised; the mouthpiece is cleaned and the entire pipe polished, including the bowl and mouthpiece. Casaropipe guarantees that at this stage they are ready to continue bringing satisfaction to a new enthusiast.
The pipe for sale is exactly as shown in the photos. Once sold, as it is handmade and therefore unique, the pipe will be removed from the website. The actual colour of the pipe may vary slightly from the photo, as every monitor has its own colour tone. The dimensions have been measured accurately but may vary by a millimetre, either more or less.
