Light-coloured sandblasted Silk Cut pipe with black streaks, classic straight apple model with black methacrylate mouthpiece. Silk Cut rating. The pipe has a clean and essential line that makes it very elegant. Its colouring is new and inspired by the golden contrasts of smooth pipes with a very pleasant, fresh and youthful aesthetic effect. The pipe is medium in size and stands out for its more than discreet bowl, which provides excellent smokeability in any situation. Its lightness is truly remarkable, making it ideal for smoking while walking or sitting comfortably in an armchair. It has a beautiful flame pattern that is enhanced by the fine sandblasting. It has thick walls that ensure it never gets too hot to hold. A classic that never tires and is always current. The Silk Cut series represents those pipes with small defects in the briar and a beautiful, regular grain. The sandblasting is done by hitting the pipe with tiny grains of silica at high pressure, which dig into the soft part of the briar, creating the distinctive pattern of the sandblasted pipe. It is the healthiest pipe because if there were any small cracks, the silica would pierce the bowl immediately. The process is long and difficult to carry out but gives a stunning end result. The quality is the same as all other Radice pipes. It is available in hazelnut, brown, black, red and natural colours. This pipe is ideal for the warmer months as it does not heat up the hand as much. It is excellent for walking as it is less prone to scratches and marks.
