Fiamma di Re Pencil smooth brown pipe, classic curved model with black methacrylate mouthpiece. Rating: 1 Crown. This pipe is very elegant and refined, with a striking visual impact thanks to its fine, harmonious stem. The series is called pencil, precisely because of this characteristic of having a very fine stem. It may look very delicate, but it is not, as the stem has a metal core. The pipe is medium in size and stands out for its bowl, which is capable of excellent smoking in any situation. Its lightness makes it ideal for smoking while walking or sitting comfortably in an armchair. The pipe bowl has a beautiful but irregular flame pattern. The Corone series are pipes that have no defects and a more or less regular grain. Depending on the beauty of the flame, the pipes are marked with one, two or three crowns. In addition to these, there are pipes with flame patterns that are perfect but rarely seen.
Andrea Pascucci's history as a craftsman began in 1989 at the age of 23, when he was fortunate enough to be hired by a workshop that made handmade pipes. There he began to learn the secrets and techniques of creating briar pipes. After spending many years in the world of pipes, collaborating with various artisans, in May 2016 he seized the opportunity to take over a prestigious brand in the history of Pesaro, which deserved to be revived and made available to pipe enthusiasts once again. So today, he has the pleasure of creating 'Fiamma di Re' pipes, the result of a great deal of passion and dedication. He designs and creates classic shapes, trying to give them a touch of personality to make them unique, as well as free forms to give free rein to his creativity, using high-quality materials such as Italian briar.
The pipe for sale is exactly the one shown in the photos. Once sold, as it is handmade and therefore unique, the pipe will be removed from the website. The actual colour of the pipe may vary slightly from the photo as each monitor has its own colour tone. The dimensions have been measured accurately but may vary by a millimetre, either more or less.
