Black sandblasted Silk Cut pipe, classic semi-curved Dublin model with black methacrylate mouthpiece. The pipe has a clean and essential line that makes it very elegant, with a bamboo-style stem that gives it a superior class. The pipe is medium in size and stands out for its bowl, which is capable of excellent smoking in any situation. Its lightness makes it ideal for smoking while walking or sitting comfortably in an armchair. The tall bowl has a beautiful traditional flame pattern with very dense veins that are enhanced by the fine sandblasting. The bamboo-style stem is left smooth in contrast, with its orange colour making it stylish and youthful. Its compactness makes it ideal as an everyday pipe. An incredible piece that is worth owning. The Silk Cut series features pipes with small defects in the briar and a beautiful, regular grain. The sandblasting is done by hitting the pipe with tiny grains of silica at high pressure, which dig into the soft part of the briar, creating the distinctive pattern of the sandblasted pipe. It is the healthiest pipe because if the small cracks were through-going, the silica would pierce the pipe immediately. The process is long and difficult to perform but gives a stunning end result. The quality is the same as all other Radice pipes. It is available in hazelnut, brown, black, red and natural colours. This pipe is ideal for the warmer months as it does not heat up the hand as much. It is excellent for walking as it is less prone to scratches and marks.
