Everyman Rodata pipe, sandblasted brown with black ebonite mouthpiece, classic straight billiard model. The pipe is very elegant and refined, with a classic design that never gets old. The pipe is medium in size and stands out for its large bowl and excellent smokeability in any situation. Its lightness makes it ideal for smoking while out walking or sitting comfortably in an armchair. The distinctive feature of this model is its fine sandblasting, as was done in the past. Comoy's is a pipe manufacturer founded in 1825 in France that produces non-briar pipes. In 1879, Henri's son moved to London and began producing briar pipes, coining the name 'London Made'. For four generations, Comoy's was run by Henri Comoy's descendants until 1980. During those years, they produced pipes that were highly appreciated by smokers all over the world, particularly in the United States. Comoy's pipes were of excellent quality but not cheap, apart from a few secondary series. The Everyman series were pipes that did not have a beautiful flame pattern and may have had some filling. The quality of the briar was excellent and it was very successful in the 1960s and 1970s. The pipe is used, well smoked and quite a lot, but it is certainly still capable of giving great satisfaction to a new lover of this wonderful object produced more than 50 years ago. The pipes we sell are only from the best and most prestigious brands and are rigorously selected by me from private collections. The pipes in question must have been well treated and smoked, generally they have been smoked little and are sanitised before being put on sale. In fact, once selected, they are disinfected and the interior sterilised, the mouthpiece is cleaned and the entire pipe polished, including the bowl and mouthpiece. Casaropipe guarantees that at this point they are ready to continue to give satisfaction to a new enthusiast.
The pipe for sale is exactly as shown in the photos. Once sold, as it is handmade and therefore unique, the pipe will be removed from the website. The actual colour of the pipe may vary slightly from the photo as each monitor has its own colour tone. The dimensions have been measured accurately but may vary by a millimetre, either more or less.
