A sandblasted dark brown Ashton Brindle pipe, a classic straight poker model with a black and green variegated ebonite mouthpiece (Asthonite). Rating: XXX. The pipe is very elegant and the dark colour lends it a touch of class. A very English, quintessentially classic model with an unmistakable style. The distinctive feature of this model is the black mouthpiece with fabulous emerald green streaks, which gives it a very striking personality. It is medium to large in size and stands out for its more than ample bowl, which guarantees excellent smokeability in any situation. Its lightness is also due to the special treatment of the briar, making it ideal for smoking whilst out and about or comfortably seated in an armchair. The double sandblasting makes it very pleasant to hold, as if it were ‘softer’ to the touch. A very practical pipe as it can be set down without falling over. Excellent for walking, given its reduced tendency to show streaks and marks. It is renowned for producing a dry smoke.
The pipe for sale is exactly the one shown in the photos. Once sold, as it is handmade and therefore unique, the pipe will be removed from the website. The actual colour of the pipe may vary slightly from the photo as every monitor has its own colour tone. The dimensions have been measured accurately but may vary by a millimetre, either way.
